What we have here is an almost new Pineider Arco Oak fountain Pen.
The nib is 14k Solid White Gold, the cap is magnetically secured in place. The pen is filled by dipping into a bottle of ink and twisting the end of the barrel, or using the inverted bottle.
The finish of this Italian made pen is truly astonishing and mesmerizing, with flashes of color similar to looking into an opal, it has real depth to it. Writing is smooth and fluid, although the nib says it is EF (extra fine), it actually writes like a fine medium point.
