Here is a very nice example of a Bulova Alden from 1939 7AP caliber with 17Jewels. This is a mechanical wind up watch that has been thoroughly serviced/overhauled.
The dial is in exceptional condition and the case has no plet wear through although there is a tiny dent at the 10 O'clock position on the side of the case.
It is USA made.
A new crystal has been installed, along with a new leather nubuck with contrast stitched leather two piece strap. A new mainspring has been installed. The strp is 15mm wide and the watch measures
22.3mm wide not including the crown, and 37mm lug to lug.
