This is a very cool Citizen Proximity Blue Tooth watch BZ1000-54L.
Apart from not requiring any batteries as it charged by light, any light, it has a bunch of really cool features. It is 46mm round case with a really nice and unusual bracelet.
The features are Local Time (2nd time zone), Chronograph, Alarm, 24 hour dial at the 10 O'clock position, day light saving, day of the week and the date read outs, as well as call, info, LL, act messages to alert you that your phone has been busy.

This watch is brand new and retails for around $600 and I am able to offer it to you for considerably less.
