Here we have a very nice Bulova American Nurse watch dating from 1942-1943 (most likely made over the winter months and sold during 1943 when launched).
17 jewels 7AM movement based on AS1001 Depot Int. Imported from Switzerland during WWII.
This has been serviced and has a new mainspring installed along with a new crystal.
The dial is functional although showing some age.
I have installed a superb custome made Stingray strap. The scales shine like nothing else and I believe really lights this piece up.
Measures in at 18.8mm without the crown and 25.6mm lug to lug.
